Veterans Memorial:
The Blackfalds & Area Historical Society raised funds to build a Veterans Memorial, to honor veterans of any war that lived in the Blackfalds area for a significant part of their lives, either before or after a war. There are 85 men and women named on the monument. Also, a 90 page book was written to so that more information and lots of photographs detail each veteran - to ensure that we never forget them.
